The AutoScan 2000 Series is a collaborative automated measurement system developed for the high-efficiency inspection of medium to large complex components. Designed for large component inspection, it delivers stable robotic measurement performance while maintaining high data integrity throughout automated inspection workflows.
Supporting workpieces up to 2000 mm, the series is available in two standardized workstation configurations—the 2110 and 2210 models—featuring single or dual-robot layouts to accommodate different production cycle time requirements and inspection throughput.
Its collaborative scanning architecture optimizes robot coordination and scanning coverage, enabling reliable automated profile inspection, hole position verification, and assembly surface measurement for large structural components. The result is an efficient balance between inspection speed, measurement accuracy, and production flexibility.
