VISION3D Joins Hands with HGTECH to Showcase "Loading-Processing-Inspection" Closed-Loop Smart Manufacturing Solution at Laser World of Photonics Shanghai 2026
On March 18, Laser World of Photonics Shanghai 2026 — one of the largest and most influential flagship events in the Asia-Pacific photonics industry — kicked off at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. At the show, VISION3D, in partnership with HGTECH, presented a high-speed, high-precision hybrid laser processing intelligent equipment integrated with the PowerScan 5M 300 blue light 3D scanning system, demonstrating a fully closed-loop workflow covering loading, processing, and inspection.
The intelligent equipment introduced by HGTECH is built around a comprehensive AI ecosystem, featuring the self-developed FFL-ONE CNC system that enables one-click switching among multiple processing modes — including laser cutting, welding, and 3D printing — within a single platform.
As a core component of the inspection stage, VISION3D’s PowerScan 5M 300 was integrated directly into the automated production line. It performed stock allowance analysis on laser-cut parts, delivering real-time inspection reports through high-precision 3D dimensional measurement, thereby providing reliable data support for subsequent process optimization.
